LIGHT BODIED WHITES:
Overall: Refreshing, crisp, and easy to drink.
Best Enjoyed: As a cocktail wine or with shellfish and mild cheeses.

  • Sutter’s Golden Daze (Sauvignon Blanc of California: Sonoma/Napa)
    Winemakers Notes: A classic wine with unique and complex undertones of herbs and spices.
  • Gold River (Award Winning-Pinot Grigio of California: Sonoma/Napa)
    Winemakers Notes: This pale, straw-colored wine has a delicate bouquet of honey and herbs--dry on the palate, with hints of green melon leading to a wonderful finish.

MEDIUM BODIED WHITES:
Overall: Round and refined (acidity is balanced with riper fruit).
Best Enjoyed: As a versatile, everyday white--great with most poultry, seafood, and pork.

  • Nimbus Rain (Award Winning Best of Show-Riesling of California: Sonoma/Napa)
    Winemakers Notes: A light powerful and distinctive floral and apple-like fruity bouquet offering a crisp finish.
  • Del-ta Breeze (Award Winning-Chardonnay of Australia)
    Winemakers Notes: Classic favorite that offers a complex bouquet with hints of pear, apple and apricot with a subtle oak finish.

LIGHT BODIED REDS:
Overall: Fresh and fruity with low tannins.
Best Enjoyed: Slightly chilled with straightforward foods or antipasta.

  • Bridges Pass (Pinot Noir of California: Sonoma/Napa)
    Winemakers Notes: Blended with hints of mixed berries frequently accented by a pronounced spiciness that suggests cinnamon, sassafras, or mint.

MEDIUM BODIED REDS:
Overall: Balanced and silky
Best Enjoyed: Alone or with poultry, game, red meats, and mellow cheeses.

  • Dog Gone Red (Merlot of California: Sonoma/Napa)
    Winemakers Notes: Offers a bouquet of black cherry and plum with hits of vanilla and coconut.

FULL BODIED REDS:
Overall: Distinctive and brooding, with a ripe and robust edge of complexity.
Best Enjoyed: With hearty foods and sharp cheeses.

  • ZenZetti (Award Winning-Old Vine Zinfandel of California: Sonoma/Lodi)
    Winemakers Notes: Produced from vines at least 50 years old that tend to have smaller grapes yielding more intense sugars, color, and concentration of flavors. This wine has cherry/berry/plum fruit components with aromatic spices on the nose, is incredibly well balanced with a silky smooth texture, and a long lingering finish.
  • Old Crossing (Award Winning-Old Vine Cabernet of California: Sonoma/Lodi)
    Winemakers Notes: Produced from vines at least 50 years old that tend to have smaller grapes yielding more intense sugars, color, and concentration of flavors. This wine is richly flavored and has a wonderful dark berry fruit flavors with subtle vanilla.
  • Jailhouse Reserve (Shiraz Reserve of Australia)
    Winemakers Notes: A dark, full-bodied, mouth filling red combining notes of warm berries, pepper and oak.
  • Dam Wine (Award Winning-Barolo of Italy)

FRUIT WINES:
Overall: Light and balanced combining the crisp freshness of table wines with full fruit flavors.
Best Enjoyed: Anytime as it pairs nicely with many dishes--exquisite when poured over ice cream or fruit as a dessert.

  • Peachy Keen (Peach Chardonnay of California: Sonoma/Napa)
    Winemakers Notes: Chardonnay base with light and ripe peach added.
  • Perfect Pear (Pear Riesling of California: Sonoma/Napa)
    Winemakers Notes: Delicate combination of sweet Riesling with soft ripe pear added.
  • Berry Charming (Cranberry Shiraz of Australia)
    Winemakers Notes: Perfect blend of spicy Shiraz and tart cranberries creating the perfect holiday wine.
  • Midnight Cherry (Black Cherry Pinot Noir of California: Sonoma/Napa)
    Winemakers Notes: Classic Pinot Noir with rich black cherries added.

DESSERT WINES:
Overall: Rich full-bodied warming blend that is complex and sweeter than other wines.
Best Enjoyed: At the end of a meal.

  • Tahoe Frost (White Ice Wine of Canada: Ontario)
    Winemakers Notes: Rich, sweet, and well balanced with hints of peach and apricot.
  • After Dark (Port style, a blend of 7-14 wines)
    Winemakers Notes: Well balanced ruby red with aromas of black cherries and blackberries.
  • Pure Decadence (Chocolate Port style, a blend of 7-14 wines)
    Winemakers Notes: Ruby red Port style with deep, rich cocoa blended. Perfecto!
