Vintner’s Cellar is committed to the community. Co-owners, Andi Rothman and Kim Oliver,
have a long history of working with not for profit organizations and understand the
funding challenges that these organizations face. Most importantly, Vintner’s Cellar
understands that your participation in those groups is what makes our community strong.
Let us help you raise funds with our unique wine fundraising opportunities.
A great
way to bring in some needed funds with little effort is by hosting a fundraiser at
Vintner’s Cellar. Our fundraisers are based on the simple notion that people love
wine. Just about everyone has a cause that's close to their heart, whether it's band
instruments, school programs for kids, team uniforms, or even curing disease. A Vintner’s
Cellar fundraiser brings it all together with fun and wine, set up especially for
your organization.
As a part of our commitment to giving back, Vintner’s Cellar specializes
in offering a “Cork It- Fundraising Event” as well as a “Wine-Down Fundraising Event.”
These events provide fundraising opportunities for local non-profit organizations,
charities, schools, teams, service organizations, clubs, associations, personal support,
and service projects. We are dedicated to providing you with fun and rewarding programs
to help with your fundraising efforts. Our programs are quick and easy to implement
without the hassle of traditional fundraisers (no baking or clean-up)!
Every cause
is special and every event is different. We will work closely with your organization
to ensure the most appropriate, enjoyable, and cost effective event possible for
you and your guests! We help to make fundraising simple. Don’t delay, contact the

Cork-It Fundraising Event
Having a “Cork-It Fundraiser” at the winery is a lot of fun while providing your
organization the opportunity to raise funds! Invite your supporters to attend the
event and charge them a modest donation to enjoy the opportunity to bottle their
own wine, participate in wine tasting, and indulge in various appetizers and cheese.
Vintner’s Cellar will provide the staff, complementary tastings, and discounted appetizers
to help you raise the money, while your guests enjoy a wonderful experience at our
winery! Additionally, Vintner’s Cellar will donate 15% of all batch sales during
the event to your organization.
Wine-Down Fundraising Event
Planning a “Wine-Down Fundraiser” at Vintner’s Cellar is fun and easy resulting in
a donation of 15% of the sales from your group. Relax and enjoy your time at Vintner’s
Cellar knowing that you're making people happy and making money for your organization.
Here are the 5 easy steps to start planning your fundraising event:
- You will start by coordinating with Vintner’s Cellar to choose a date and time for
your fundraiser (usually a Tuesday or Wednesday evening).
- Vintner’s Cellar will create and provide your group with a customized flyer. You
will have the option of making copies of the flyer for distribution. The flyer will
be your tool for promoting your fundraiser. It will also be Vintner’s Cellar’s tool
for tracking the sales generated at your event.
- Your group will promote the fundraiser using posters, emails, flyers, phone calls
and word-of-mouth to invite friends, family, neighbors, and supporters. Advertise
to everyone you know (and even a few people you don't) to come to Vintner’s Cellar
during the scheduled time.
- The event will simply consist of your supporters making purchases at Vintner’s Cellar.
The purchases can be wine (to include tastings, glasses, bottles, cases, or batches),
food platters, or retail items. A purchase accompanied by your flyer will contribute
to the amount donated back to your group. So, the more people from your organization
at the winery, the more return your group will see!
- After the event, Vintner’s Cellar will calculate the total volume of sales brought
in during your fundraiser using the flyers collected. Your group will receive 15%
back on sales brought in (not including sales tax). Vintner’s Cellar will mail your
group the check within 10 days after the event.
