The Napa Experience

A special thanks goes out to Tony and Paulette Mitchell of Mitchell Vineyard Management Company in Napa Valley for allowing us to shadow Amy as she teaches us about what goes into maintaining the vineyards, making sure they produce the highest quality grapes. We'd also like to thank Oliver, the resident expert on vineyards, for taking us high above the valley floor, using the backdrop of the Napa Valley and distant hills to describe the different appellations, and the type and amount of grapes grown in the different regions. Here are some pictures of us enjoying our classroom.
