Class Schedule

Classes are held Wednesdays at 6 and Sundays at 3. Reservations ARE REQUIRED. Limited to six participants in each class. Call ahead to reserve your spot.

First you will put your senses to the test while learning to recognize and describe wine aromas helping you to understand and enhance your wine experience. Next you will be guided through some wine blending fun! Curious what Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay taste like together? Or a mix of Shiraz and Merlot? There are so many possibilities! Come up with your own blended creations and try some of our suggestions as well! Then…You will take home a bottle of wine that you bottle, cork, and foil with a commemorative label (varietal selected by our Wine Maker)!

There will be appetizers (of course the kind that pair well with wine) to enjoy throughout your visit. And you’ll receive 10% off any bottled wine or batch purchases made during your visit.
